Yes. There is one indirect connection between them. But don’t worry, no Malaysian helped the terrorists (I hope).

I was watching a video for my International Relations class and suddenly there was a mention of Malaysia. Apparently a few of the people responsible for the horrendous attacks met in Malaysia. I have not done any further research about this (yet) but you can see this video here and select the last section, #9. Watch it till the end.

This documentary is about a man sitting in what would be ground zero who knew that it was going to happen. Technically he believed that the terrorists will do something big but did not know what or when. If you are remotely interested, you can watch it from the beginning, and learn about John O’Neil and his obsession with Osama bin Laden.

I wonder what if someone actually heeded his warnings.
