We could be living in the Matrix

November 29th, 2006. Filed under: Cool Stuff

A convincing argument is made public in this page, that with some logic, probability and statistics, we just might be living in a computer simulation after all.

I cannot summarize it for you guys, it’s too complex. The page can already explain it well, though you have to read it to the end. Basically, it has to do with the existence of (really) advanced civilizations and the possibility of human beings achieving that level.

Thus far, I could not think of a intellectual response to this dodgy/controversial statement. I’m blogging about it immediately (plus I’m currently sleepy). But if/when I do I will update this post.

Need some webdesign inspiration?

November 19th, 2006. Filed under: Cool Stuff

Do you ever bother clicking on the link at the bottom of professionally-made websites and check out the studios that created them? I’m telling you these guys are good! I’ve recently browsed through some and honestly they inspire me. I regret more and more that my design skills have no real substance (its self-learned). Maybe I should research free online tutorials next.
